The theme this year is "Cooperating, Networking, Helping, Striving for Success through CNH" Registration for the conference is $175. The fee includes coffee breaks, continental breakfasts, luncheon, and other goodies. Attached is the registration form. CNH accepts Visa or MasterCard. You can also mail in your check as well. Ninety rooms have been blocked off for the conference. Make your reservations early as the rooms will go quickly and you will be stuck with paying the going rate. HOW TO GET TO LANA'I: There are a couple of ways to get to Lana'i. One is by air. It is best that you use Aloha Island Air. DO NOT USE HAWAIIAN AIRLINES! Aloha Island Air flies to Lanai from Honolulu and Kahului, Maui. The other way is to go by Ferry boat. Call Expedition Lanai Ferry at 800-695-2624. The rates are $30 each way. They do have kama'aina rates as well for the locals! Arrangements can be made to get you to the Ferry from Kahului Airport. Contact Lance DeSilva at (808) 264-2308 for information.
