Eye
Care
One of the few
things that we seem to neglect until it's a little late is
our eyes. Yes, our eyes are the windows to our soul as well
as the windows of which we see the world. Our eyes get
tired, so we rubbed them. These days, we sit in front of a
computer screen for hours, just staring forward. We don't
give justice to our eyes.
There are many conditions that can occur to the eyes. Dry
eye condition, pink eye (conjunctivitis), astigmatism,
styes, the list goes on and on. Some conditions can lead to
permanent eye damage and blindess if not dealt with
immediately.
As you get older, the muscles of your eyes loses its
elasticity. The best way for you to take care of your eyes
is to see an optometrist. He will be able to diagnose any
problems you may be having and take corrective actions to
eliminate the problem.
Eye exercises are also a good thing to do. It only takes a
few minutes. So take a break from that computer screen and
flex those eye muscles. You will be amazed at the
results!
